I was wondering if we could implement a mail system like on WoW. I know we already have the .on command a mail system would also help increase player commerce. Would even give reds and blues the opportunity to trade together without the red worrying about getting ganked or the blue worrking about getting pk'd.

I was recently in the noob dungeon training my skills when I saw a fellow training what seemed to be parrying, healing, tactics, and swordsmanship. He had 4 monsters around him. I needed to milk monsters for money. I was all decked out with my copper platemail, using an accurate hailberd, which later became accurate hailberd of ruin when a lucky monster dropped it for me. I went over to kill the zombies and ghouls, because as you probably know, they drop decent gold starting at the very beginning. Ranging from 50-80 gold. Keep in mind this fellow had a knife! I had a hailberd. I killed the monsters, only the ones I stated. Took the gold and left. He then proceeded to follow me and call me all sorts of names along the way *****ing about how I stole his money. I kept leading him into the second level in hopes he would get chopped up, but alas I was disappointed. I even hid and walked a couple tiles to trick him up. He eventually came back.

The final encounter was more hilarious than anything I have ever seen in my life on IN.

I told him
"If you want your money so bad, come and get it BOY!"


I laid out single pieces of gold into a trail behind where I walked. He got occupied with fighting so I kept trailing all the way to the dungeon exit. I then hid near the exit so he would think I left. He walked up to every gold piece and picked them up and saw them leading out. HE RAN OUT!! I was like NOOOOO WAY. He couldn't possibly be that stupid. HE DID! I was so suprised and amazed that "I" was the noob. That was a priceless moment for me.

My name was Mythos, i used to be a human, just a normal, ordinary human, who enjoyed his hunting and his crafts, gratefully, all that is gone, read on if you want, if you care to know what happened to me.

Once, while hunting dragons inside the roams of Destard, he found this strange being, of beauty and strenght beyond any imagination, at first i halted, fearing for my life, i was very strange back then, coward, lets say, i was human. She whispered me, and almost like in a charming spell, i stood there, and did nothing, we got to talk, she presented herself, she said she was some creature, unheard for me at that time. She was a vampire, strange creature of immense power and will, capable of anything, as now i know that.

We got to know each other, and me, a mere human, completely seduced by her, got completely in love, every night we got together, and roamed around, doing whatever pleased her. She was really my master, i did whatever she asked me to do, what coward i was, completely fooled by Elvira. But not all was bad, she trained me very good, and i got to be a very skill full warrior and mage, combining those two arts, i was very deadly, and all that power was really getting me just wanting for more, every day all i wished is that she would appear to me that night, and take me hunting with her, it was my biggest dream to be as strong as her, making me completely focused, she completely drained all other toughs from me.

As i was growing my skills further and further, she started mentioning that i was almost ready, an almost fully trained Death Knight, and that i made her very proud of what I've achieved. So, that dreadful night, she asked me, if i was ready to give up from daylight, and from life as i knew it, and become one of her own. It all seemed so right that moment, so i gave in, and automatically said yes. She explained me there was no turning back, but i was so in love with her, as a human, i could not understand really, what was like to be a vampire. I was so sure she now felt for me the same i did for her, what other reason could it be that she was willing to turn me into one of her.

So the ritual began, she looked very fierce at me all of a sudden, like she was going to kill me, as i was her prey now, i soon realized that was true, but as she trained me, i stood guard, and did not felt any fear, of that i am sure, she had trained me well. She then attacked me, i could barely do nothing, this is when i realized really, how strong she was, no human could even dream of facing her, being overpowered in seconds, the last thing i remember was her standing over me.

Agh. the pain in my head when i woke up still echoes to this day, it feels like yesterday. I woke up in the wild in the middle of the night, not sure where i was, i had been taken somewhere, there was no sign of Elvira, my master, i stood up, soon realizing i was a lot stronger now, i felt so light, almost like i could levitate. I also felt something else, which was consuming me completely. I was so hungry, so thirsty, i had no idea whats going on, as i roamed for a bit, i found a boar, and for my amazement, my new instincts took control of me, and all of a sudden i was biting it, drinking its blood, ahh the first meal, so strange, but at the same time so pleasing. I wanted more and more of that, i was out of control, for all night long i fed myself. not feeling any sense of satisfaction.

Soon it started to sunrise, as the sun touched me, it felt like i was hit by lava, it burned my skin so much, i had to run, and just by chance found a hideout in some kind of cave. Now i knew what she meant about giving up from the daylight and giving in to the shadows. But it was all good, if that was price price i had to pay to have this strenght, the next night, i roamed around, following the smell of a smell that was taunting me, the smell of human blood, the best there is to drink, soon i found my first victim, i was near Yew, and found this lumber-jacking working in the start of morning, not day yet, so i had to give it a try to figure out how i was now, could i overpower a human? Ahah, if i could, poor thing, didn't even saw me coming, it felt so good, he tasted so well...

I just wished that moment i could find Elvira, to show her how strong i am now, but to this day i never found her again, and know now what were her real intentions for me, i was just a trainee, probably like others she had before. Its all good, as this new form took over me, i lost any feelings i had left, i now only live for myself, and favor those that favor me only. Its just all a matter of interests.

I name myself Cypher the death knight now, and serve none but my purpose.

When i left click a teacher NPC, the menu for learning dont shows up.
I already re-installed the game, but with no success.

Someone know how to fix this?

Was wondering if we can disable the feature that makes rune fade. I can't see why we have this function, it's only annoying and mean that evryone will mark all there runes twice, so they won't lose a location.

Doctor Black took a look at his creations stood up and took a step back.
Just one more thing is needed and these three will be complete. He looked over at his newly completed creations and couldnt help but smirk.
3 skeleton like figuere lied in a table with wires and circutry overlaying them.
Ahh Beuatifull, now to look for the final ingredient.

Black was tired, but the anxiety of completing his machines kept him going. he mounted his Wyrm and flew into town.
I must find two people, but they must not be ordinary, they must know how to fight.

The Wyrm landed in a cotton field with with a loud thud. Near was a barn with some ogres.
Feast my precious I shall venture intown and search for some likley candidates.

Black walked in a toward Britains main entrance, britain bridge.

he hears loud footsteps. There comming fast. Bushes are moving and branches are breaking.
"AHHHHH" He hears a loud scream as a man engulfed in flames falls to his feet. Dead.

Hmm...

Shortly a tall man riding a horse wearing Valorite armor makes his apearence.
Are you responsible for this? asks Black

Yea...As a matter of fact, I am and since your here I might inform you of the rules. This bridge belongs to me. The guards dont come out here. You want to be on this side of the bridge? it ill cost you 100GP. Failure to pay will result in your death and and the public presentation of it. So, do you have the coin required?

Black thought to himself..Mmm this is the guy i need.

Black whistled and his pet wyrm appeared overhead... I wouldn't try that if i were you.

Damn this guys dragon is going to destroy me if i try casting anything. Alright man, im listening.

Okay Fresh, hop on.

Black gives the instructions to the wyrm to return back home.

Several hours later it was complete. Fresh was now a semi-human robot.
He began to awaken from the narcotics given to him.
Black stpped back to praise his newest creation

Android one begins to rip cables protruding from his skin.

What are you doing?!!? Says Dr.Black, STOP!

You made me even more powerful than I was before, now FEEL MY POWER!!!!

Android One gets up and runs toward Black.

Stop, Please I made you.
Android One holds Dr. Black by the neck and raises him against the wall.
You didn't pay me for stepping foot in my land!

His large body falls to the ground. His eyes are blank. Dead.

Hmm...
Android One begins to look around, he notices two skeleton like structures somewhat similar to the ones he was lying next to before the operation.

Perfect.... Now all i need is his research and I'll have the perfect killing machines at my side.
I must make my way into town and search for possible candidates.

But first....I need some clothes...

he walks toward Dr.Black.. these will do

Android One takes Dr. Blacks Robe,

Hmm this red headband seems stylish, then he continues on by removing his sandals and headband.

the now nude body or Doctor Black lays on the floor. Hmm.. i feel like im missing something...

Android one looks around and sees a couple of sharpened daggers, probably the ones used to make him an android....

Ahh perfect...


After removing the head of Dr.Black and placing it in his bag the android continues on about the castle taking necessary items,
He takes gold coins, some bandages, for his injuries where not fully healed, a bardiche and a horse.

Now i shall ride into town and find me some powerfull men to convert them into androids.
I am now unstoppable.

I am.. a machine... ..

Seems to gain way too fast. I had 46.0 poisoning and am now at 47.3 from using 20 poisoning potions.
