Hija, I have a suggestion as many players from all over the world live in different timezones, and not all of them have alot of time to play. So my suggestion was making an event calander, to let people know when (important) events are coming up and at which time. A global time of when the event will happen will help me, and many other players, alot and will attract many more people to the event. I think it will work out of we post the event kalander on the forums, but hey it's up to tha boss.., what do you think?
I'm drunk so forgie the typos. I'm trying hardf after 14 beers and half a bottle of whiskey:
The point of this post is to tell people something:
We are one. One shard, one body if you will..
We're gonna argue, but thats okay. We come from diff backgrounds
Background on me:
I started UO in '98, played ***** until it died, and every shard after it
I played on first XUO and loved it. they did a great job, but all good things end eventually, it's how you go out that matters.
believe it or nto i played original IN too. I loved it. it was hard and fun. nothing is wrong with challenging =gameplay, but this is a mix now, so you have to consider, a lot of us have had a LOT gieven to us over the years. we get used to it:
pit runes. it's common. we just dont like being stuck, but its cool you dont like. it does make things too easy. but its hard to get to island when poor, but when you have money..beh who cares, right?
IN a lot rp and a lot like PvP. i played with some of you and you're not too bad at pvp, give XUO style a chance. its what e call a norm now. most shards actuallyt emulate it so its obviously worth trying
XUO style is good, thanks maka, because it sticks around. old nos PVP man..talk about olllllllld. you guys might have liked it but it could be annoying. but, it took me year to GM tactics...im digressing
please speak as one, and act as one. it's the only way this server will last.
our admins and gms are great, but they need our help and support as much as we need theirs
ims so drunk guyts
this is to all people ive insulted:
you know i dnot hate u i just man, why say carebear damn i jsut wnat to kill you an a like cant we all get along likem rodeny king says!!
plz don't; delete elcid. you knwo i hart you i just dont like people denouncing everythjing
lindenwood plz stop argiung we are from different PvP and macro sing style it's cool you post, just make a thread that iss related tto just it, sorrryhn for being mean
galen we cooll beleiebe it or not i am wheat tfarmer in game and i helepd youin fable out.
i didnt mean to mess up your rp thread sorry
u,m.anyoen else sorry. im really drunk lol
I thought we were able to drink past 100..
is this yet to be a changed or has it been changed so you counld't drink past 100.
it was nice when you could drink over 100.
-setup a huge dump
-be able to take a harm while the pits count down meter was going.

The sky was clear, blue...beautiful. The city of Trinsic glistened under the sun, like a temple made of gold. Children were playing in the stables, laughing and teasing. The adults were calm, yet you could see panic hidden under their expression. The city has gotten increasingly busy over the past couple of weeks - all refugees from the great city of Britain.
The people tell of the recent falling of the city to dark forces unknown. The citizens and guards have fled and the deserted city streets now lay in darkness.
"Valas!", Blethren calls "Come inside quickly, there's much to be done."
Valas, now considered "ready" by his parents Ean Highmoore and Blethren, has recently joined the ranks of DOOM. His mother hands him a cloak, the mark of the DOOM guild and tells him to go into the court yard and meet his brothers in arms.
"Hail brother Valas", the members say as he enters the circle. Valas nods in their direction, not particularly fond of the teasing he once endured from them. His skills weren't as adequate as the older members, but now that he could hold his own in battle, most have quit their prodding. There are still a few however, that like to inflict some pain upon him when the others have turned their backs. With his Valas' parents inside with the other generals of DOOM, this is one of those times.
"An Ex Por!", cried one of the members.
"Come on Valas, come hit me" another laughed. "Come, I want to try out my new sword." The member came running at Valas, swinging violently. The sword sliced through his arm and blood dripped to the ground. His brothers laughing around him.
"Corp Por", a younger member hit Valas square in the chest with an Energy Bolt. He fell backwards onto his back.
"Come on Valas, don't know how to heal yourself?" as a bandage was thrown to him.
"Enough!" boomed his father. "What are you doing? We are not murderers. What right do you have to hurt your brother? We are Order. Not Chaos. We must be helpful and loving to each other."
Valas then rose to his feet. With fire in his eyes he drew his sword and thrust it into the gut of one of the older members. His brothers stood in shock as they watched him fall to the ground, letting go of his last breath of life. He threw his cape on the ground and turned to Ean.
"I'm sorry father...much better him than I." with that he turned to the stables and took his steed from its holding. To the north he could see a storm, a looming darkness. He set his path knowing he could never return to the golden city.
I think that maybe old copper / silver / shadow etc. should have the abilty be converted into regular iron ore. You need more skill to use mine / use it, and it's useless. Atleast this way people could use it.
im a very laid back guy. i dont get mad very often, 60% of my time im nice all of the time and hey i dont like to work for my money. lets be honest INXians how many of you actually like jumping your fat ass on to that huge brown 500 gold coin horse and riding it to the nearest cave to mine for 6 hours straight. i certainly dont thats why i begged for 4 days straight to become the greatest swindler of all time. every NPC out there would feel my sorrow and realize by dropping a couple coins to a man who appears to be in desperate need of cash would make their own lives happier. theres only a few small problems holding me back and other grandmaster beggars aswell.
a couple suggestion for the skill i live my uo life by..BEGGING
1. after you convince a wealthy NPC to give you cash that should be it. no more cash. no more coin. no more begging. the npc should tell you to PEACE and get out of his life. instead they just say i dont ttrust you right now and the begging continues. how many times can you beg some one before the slit your throat.
2. the better beggar you are the more cash you should get. why would a GRANDMASTER beggar get the same amount of cash as a newby beggar. it doesnt make sense. if your a GM beggar your basically a GM liar and therefore have better lies that confuse wealth people to give you money.
3. You should be rewarded after GMing begging. it takes a lot of long nights and dirty deeds to become a grandmaster beggar like myself.
to be honest the entire begging skill sucks. nothing changes as you progress through the skill and no reward or self accomplishment is gained after all the hardwork is finished. I'd like to see an attempt to make the skill more exciting. so people who havent gm'd the skill are like holy crap i might want to be a scrub beggar one day because that looks exciting. we dont have anything! the miners got their cool little blacksmith hammers, leather blacksmith gloves, and shiny different ores that can be made into a variety of sexy looking equiptment. that goes for other merchant skills to! BUT us beggars out there got nothing! no gloves or sexy varities of equiptment. we are the forgotten skill. pls redeem our existence. let us all sit by the bank and beg like we once use to.

I need one or two players that enjoy RPing and read Britannia Times frequently.
Due to OOC posts I'm going to change so this section requires moderator validation before new posts are displayed. So your job would be to read through all posts and validate them. If they are OOC you will choose not to validate them.
So if you enjoy RPing and read these forums everytime you visit, let me know. You need to be an active forum-user though (we don't want this section to become inactive because noone is validating the posts).
I think that when you die, your newbied items should stay where they were in your pack when you are resurrected. It's just a convenience issue that I've seen on some servers and it's really nice to have - especially for me. I like to keep certain items in my pack in certain out-of-the-way places [like key ring, trash can, spell book] so it would be nice to not have to reset them or worry about them every time I die. It would be really cool to have all your items stay, like when you are res'd on your body, but thats not as big of a deal.
What do you think?
Maybe some special woods could be cool, and more diverstity for carpentry and be able to put the logs in boards so it could be lighter. Thanks
It's just a suggestion...
