Why is it that pvpers have to pay 10% to pvp in the duel stones?

I dont see the roleplayers paying to roleplay.

We should not have to pay 10% to duel? Its a pain in the ass. dueling 5k like 180 times -500 gp each time you duel, it tends to add up alot.. think about the 10k duels or the 20k duels.. even the 1k duels..
I just dont think we should have to pay for something that should be free. But then again we arent roleplayers and we dont get whatever we cry for.

It'd be a nice addition to hunting, now that you can animal lore all animals for skill/health etc, if we could get animal lore enabled for every NPC.

I want to know how much life eithkas and other humanoid monsters that might not have a valuebase of human NPC (such as the crypt keeper, etc) who are actually other monsters inhabiting a humanoid form.

Could this be changed?

me and a friend are at the end of covetous against a dragon soul a one hit one kill monster took us about 50 bs each and lots of ev and when we kill it there are no weps nothing but 1400 gp wtf is that all about has to be a mistake i hope after all that work 1400 come on wtf

tell me if this is a good idea or not, we should instill name change deeds that be sold, for a formidable price for people who want to change their names, due to harrassment, dont want people to know who they are, or are just plain unhappy with the name they picked

Well... looks like the Witch's werent able to keep their Halloween toads in their cages and they have escaped!

There are now 20 Halloween Toads wandering around the World! Find them and kill them! They might drop a treat... or maybe they wont Wink

  A slight problem with boats.

Hey I was reading that changelog about boats and realised that it wasnt the corpses which kept blocking the boat from moving. Igor pointed out that its gotta be the Arrows/bolts that you fire out at sea stop the boat, but a lot of times you cant see some of them to grab them or scavenger agent misses/refuses to pick um up.

Any chance you could make it so arrows/bolts dont block the ship?
