I have not fully sat down and tried this out but
If you start a char and do not do the quest for your spell book but instead go upstairs and go in the little room with the bats.
So long as I didn't start the quest I would gain magery but after starting the quest I stop gaining magery.

How ever my char was below 30, and not sure if that makes a difference.

(there for you could gm magery for free just sitting there)

1.Not all rares have a aura right ? <--- (i like if it has no aura's) Big Grin

2.Do you need stealing to get the rares ? If so do you need it for almost all rare spawns in the world ?

3.If 2 is correct then what does the skill stealing need to be at to get the rares ?

--=Need to get these skills for rare hunting expeditions Big Grin =--
p.s I don't expect an answer if it gives to much away for obtaining the rares. (cuz they are rares)

Hey,
I am GM Musicianship and Provocation, but i can barely provoke dragons. It seems the chance to provoke them is somewhat below 5%... -_-
Is it supposed to be that hard?
After all it takes very long to gm provocation, and it didnt pay off yet :/

My idea to spice some things up for Imagine-Nation is for cooking. At Gm cooking and taste identifcation, there should be a special recipe to find to make a brew or something that would increase the regeneration of this slow ass mana, rather than the instant refreshment of pots. This would be helpful for any person. There could be other things like at lower levels of cooking and taste identification you could make Temporary skill boosting meals, like blacksmithy boosts to increase the chance of not failing at heavens fury, the same could be done with alchemy carpentry skills and taming for example.Heres what I mean, for blacksmithy, you would have to eat a combination of different "rare" foods for the temporary skill gain. Like yew carrots, shark meat, minoc cow milk. then you get skill boost. Well, get to work you lazy staff!

Well what do you think?
