  Weapon and Armor Enhancement Gems

Shade actually added these a while back and I never got around to adding them in-game.

These gems basically will let you upgrade the damage level and accuracy level of your weapons, and the durability and protection level of your armor.

There are two forms:

  • The normal gems only improve the item to one level below maximum. (e.g: Power for weapons)
  • The perfect gem can be used on a gem improved to max with normals to make it max level. (e.g: Vanquishing)

The perfect ones will be added soon to the silver coin reward vendor and I'm hoping to get Shade to add them to the loot tables when he gets a chance.

The perfect ones will only be available through various events, tournaments and will be rare. We don't want to diminish the value of vanquishing weapons, after all.

Hopefully this will allow people to get decent tourney sets together quicker without having to rely on lucky drops, but it won't be a shortcut to max gear.

it´s not the first time that this is happening... i instal the game and the patch. everything ok.. after3 or 4 days i trie to open the game and i just can go until the choice of my character. after that the window of the game minimize and i cant open it again. i'm using win 7 and when i put the mice under the uo icon under i can see that litle window showing the game but cant open it... any ideias? i sure that this is about the recomended client because i have backuped the original client and i can open the game again but without the patched stuff.. (sorry my english) any ideia or suggestion?

You can visit {link removed} to use the php chat system. It mimicks IRC a lot in that you can send private messages, create extra rooms and can't see the rooms that others have created. You could create a channel for just a group to talk in while doing things, etc.


Commands:
/clear : Clear the screen
/connect {username} : Reconnect as {username}
/help : Display full list of commands
/invite {user} : Invite {user} to join the current channel.
/join {channel} : Join or create {channel}
/leave : Leave current channel
/me {emote} : Perform an emote
/nick {name} : Change your nickname to {name}
/privmsg {user} : Send private message to {user}
/quit : Disconnects
/who {user} : Display info about a user
/whois {user} : Same as /who
