What would be the dream house?
- a medium sized house on an island where you can only place one house (IE Marble house, Blacksmith shop, Large brick house).
- a Castle in the middle of nowhere in the forest.
- a large sized house by Britain.
- a static house in Occlo/Buc/Serpents Hold.
And why?
For those of you who didn't know, which is probably a lot of people since I see people killing themselves doing alchemy, there's a command .massmove which moves all your potions into a bag.
- Use .massmove
- Drag a potion into the bag
- All potions get dragged there.
:p
This isn't a flame post towards anyone, this is simply what I've seen from the day I've logged on and I believe that there might need some adjustment/readjustment. I'm not telling anyone how to do their job, dont take this negatively in any way, it's my point of view and feel free to tell me yours...
I made this post because I believe that there are certain staff members who are working harder than the other staff members, maybe even doing their end of the deal...
There has been times where we are like 215 players online and I would go to page and theres like 8-10 queued pages and no staff members online. Well I understand, because i've previously been a GM on several shards, and know that it isnt easy for people to work for free and be on all the time. But from my experience, what I do believe is that the staff members who are working for a big shard like this should be active enough or not take the job at all...
It's a big responsibility and it isn't for everyone, It's for people who have extra time on their hands and who know what their doing and are knowledgable with the game and are willing to help.
So far the only people who have answered my pages, pages ive seen answered, in game are as follows (not counting admins)
- Viz
- Vulcan
- Pande
- Odium
Those are the only four i've seen answer my pages from the list on the main site. As I said, this isn't a flame post or anything, it's something that I see as a player that should be resolved for the better of the shard. The other GM's that I havent seen answer my pages broadcast, which I think are useless things, such as.
"congrats we hit 240 players"
"duel arena open come and see it!!"
"look their's PK'ers on brit bridge you might want to come check it out!"
I mean personally, I think that it's a little annoying when we get broadcasts about Gm's telling us how many people are on all the time, once in a while is ok, but I mean every time? We're all adults and know how to push .on ... I know its for motivation and to remind us of our achievements as a community, but I still believe there are more constructive things to do.
My suggestion is:
What we should do is see which staff members are on from what time zone and set them on to come during specific times irl so theres always someone on at different times of the day. For those who are too busy, I believe the mature/adult thing to do would let someone else take your spot for the better of the shard. I mean everyone on that staff team is an awesome GM/admin/seer's. I've seen them all play/staff and they know what their doing, but there comes a time when you give your position up or just be active more often...
A scheduel would be a good idea though, we had it on XUO, where GM's would write a specific time when they can be on during days and they come on for their "shifts". This works by having a minimum of lets say 5-6 hours a week? (you guys can set your own minimums that was just an example) and that way you're insured that theres always someone on.
This was just my opinion and how I see things being ran on INX. Feel free to post what you think and criticize/input on the situation.
Thanks.
The food usage is teh suck, I'm completely empty of food like every hour -_-
If you could lengthen this to like 12 hours = empty that would be cool, and implement the roast pigs back too that would be nice cause they made you full for like 3 days :o
ok guys i really think that we need a page that tell us what skill we need to make things and how much skill we need to make it and what items we need
but can someone please answer this question for me what skills i need to make and how high my skill must be and what items i need please

I welcome thee to mine campfire and bid thee be seated, let us sup upon the fruits this fair world has to profer up to us.
Might I indulge your attention with a tale? A tale of a lost soul seeking that which was never lost but was unseen and unreachable?
It begins with a young but adventurous man, a man who sees things as they can be rather than as they are. He had it in his head to make things into the vision he had. Everything but himself. And being a man of taste he headed for the courts of the Lord of this land with his harp and his few meagre possessions to seek his fortune as the Player of players.
Unfortunately we all know these things are never 'working as intended' so he fell upon hard times and had to trust in his fathers hand-me-down sword to make coin. So he headed to the repulsive den of wretched life that lives beneath Brittain (no not the PK Guild the other place). And here he found his true calling...killing and bloodshed - the place where all lost souls gather.
So with this new found passion he scavenged armour from the dead and remade himself as the warrior, as the ranger and as the storyteller...seeking new depths to plomb and fel abominations to slay.
And there begins my tale, of the lost becoming found again, of the seeker finding not which he seeks but a new adventure and a more fulfilling task to be set.
Now I bid you good evening for the sun rides low and a new task lies in waiting on the morrow.
Thanks to the GM's who came almost asap out of nowhere to fix my acces here =]. Great shard btw. Amazing atmosphere. hope I'll be around for a long long time in this non-warcraft environment =D
Instead of the usual Death Shroud how about making Hooded Shrouds where people can choose either to cover their head completely or not? And this would only apply for RP Stories, but still i'm not saying Death Shrouds have to be completely forbidden! I just think they should only apply for people who RP undead characters or any kind of that type...
My page was answered and now I try to remove the old request and it won't let me keeps saying: Help request unchanged. Is this a bug?
