One month after his battle against Larac, it was him there still in silence, the wound in his throat never healed again, still mute, it seemed that he would never get used to with that, however he was still a warrior and as such it was requested for a service, go to the distant and frozen lands of Northrend to face an unknown enemy .

He was equipped and left then in encounter with the destiny, but in the road there was an enormous and mysterious forest known by the countless disappearances that happened for there. Without fear he went into forest inside and continued his journey

When falling of the night it was still in the middle of the forest, then he listened something, it seemed that somebody followed him, getting ready then for some surprise, it was then that suddenly something pulls him down, inside of the earth, being surprised with the one that road there, was a city well below of the earth, to the glance to the side here is there who pulled him, he got up quickly and being put in combat position, then that the stranger the speech with strident voice:

- Calm friend, I am just a elf that has just saved your life.

Without understanding anything he calms down, it pulls a notebook that always took with him since it lost the voice. Begin to write something “Saved me?? But saved me of what?? ""

- Hehe, are Succubus.... those forests not always they were how it is now, there was more life, but since Succubus invaded its not the same, they are corrupting the forest, putting an end to everything.

With calm he writes again... "Is there something what can I do for help? ".

- Hmmm, for the that I see you are a warrior and cannot speak cause that wound in your throat, if you help me I can cure it bringing back your voice.

The Elfs were famous for his great magic power related to the nature and cure. Then Samurai balanced the head affirmatively in acceptance sign to the proposal.

- Then I should come. My name is Greg the Healer, I will go take you to our leader.

Arriving to the Elfs' leader Greg begins to speak:

- My leader, I come here to bring you the salvation of our forest, here is here the warrior that it angers to defeat the Succubus.

The leader gets up and begins to speak:

- HMMM, My name is Robbie leader of the Elfs, You have luck because our armies are prepared for the battle if even you can do what Greg says will have our eternal gratitude. Greg shows to him the location of the damned ones.

Greg obeying the order tooked to him, he turn the surface to the place where they were, showing the palace that they had built and said:

- Here it is up to where I can go, the rest is with you. Remember that will be rewarded with your voice in case it gets..... Aahh and i’m already went forgetting, to destroy them it is enough get right them with that in the chest (it was a dagger), but if you defeat the Queen the other ones they also die, but for that you will have to penetrate in the palace until her chamber in the highest point.

Disappearing in the air he leaves. Of here for front Samurai would be only with the Elfs armys. He observed everything, Succubus were similar to women except for the bat wings and they were dry and pale as the death. Observing he saw that for the lateral of the palace there was a ditch through where leaves water, it went until the ditch and he saw that he could enter over there, Then he thought about a strategy, while the army distracts by the front of the palace he would enter in the hole for the side, putting in practice the plan, he unseamed his sword and it cut the grating that was protected the hole, entered in the water and began to swim until arriving to the well in the underground of the palace, he would have to arise until the top without lifting suspicions of his presence, for that it went up sly defeating with a fast and well-aimed blow the opponents that he found on the path, when arriving close to the camera saw that there was two succubus guard, then with an a lot of smartness it attracted them for a trap and it got right them before they could make something.

Finally there it was the camera that kept his voice. Without thinking he entered, and was surprised in seeing that the Queen had 3 times the size of yours subordinate. But he was not frightened, he ran in her direction with the dagger in hand, only that it was not that easy, the Queen surprised him with an incredible force flinging him for far away, leaving him in defense position, while he defended he thought how it overcomes such force, looking about saw the camera full of chains, with a lot of intelligence prepared the chains so that when she was in position he could pull the tip and to arrest her. Concluding the movement he began the execution of the plan, getting right with a combo that made to slide her until the prepared place, quickly he pulls the current and arrests her in the wall, immobilized now would be defeated easily, the dagger that had won of Greg diffusing he got right her well in the middle of the chest, liberating thunder bursts and shadow that consumed the dagger, it affected the structures of the palace making him to begin to collapse. Samurai quickly left running of the chaimber towards exit of the palace, when arriving outside there were countless bodies, the army commemorating and the palace falling in ruins.

It was then that he appeared Greg, taking him down again. In the city he said:

- I see that you accomplished your part in the treatment, now it is my time, come on top of that symbol, I will cure your horrible wound.

Without delays Samurai was positioned on top of the symbol and he saw the Elf reciting some magic words and coming in his direction with the hands shining and putting them in his wound, that quickly began regenerates, then Greg said:
- This done, my part in the treatment was accomplished.

Samurai then let out a great scream that one can hear even in the surface. Without more delays he thanked the small and asked to returne him to the surface. The Elf assisted his request and returned him to the surface, Samurai said good-bye and continued yours travel to Northrend.
But it seems that somebody still followed him, he without noticing continued calm.

Enables you to drop whatever you target in your pack, mostly useful for decorating purposes for when you can't place something exactly where you want it (not in line of site). Could also add this to the Interior Decorators instead of having a command, or both, w/e.

I already installed .net Framework 2.0 properly, and when i try to install razor it gives an error that says i need to install it. I have reinstalled many times.
Anyone know how to fix?

Ganking on INX is really fun and let me make it clear that i "dont want" to, and this DOES NOT take anything away from XUO pvp or gameplay when putting forward this idea. Note that this tweak would only affect naked players running around ganking with no armor. There are benefits to this which i will explain.

I think most players who are used to xuo pvp are programmed to fight in a certain way when ganking. I think we can all agree that right now the spells used in ganking are more or less fs, lightning, paralyze, harm, magic reflect.

And i think we can all agree that most of the time we all gank naked with regs, scrolls, pots, and maybe melee weapon such as bard or bow.

But having played IN1, i would like to put this idea forward for discussion. On IN1 we had also used spells like explosion and energy bolt which did significant damage to opponent who wore no armor and i think if this can be tweaked it would create more variety in ganking.

Right now explosion varies alot in damage as well as energy bolt, sometimes doing alot of damage and sometimes doing less.

Perhaps staff have not looked into this in maybe tweaking the damage so that:

1) explode and eb would do more damage to nakeds, and less to those wearing armor.
2) the damage dealt would be permanent (from what i see it varies alot, but this might be due to resisting spells too)
3) maybe implement explode/energy bolts scrolls

Outcomes:

I believe this would encourage many things,

1) encourage gankers to wear armor when ganking, instead of running around naked, hence increase chances of better loot
2) therefore this would also affect the economy, utilising more skills like blacksmithing and mining. there would be higher demand for armor, not just for the sake of duelling but for ganking too, hence putting more emphasise on the need for crafters ingame.
3) also this adds variety to ganking nakeds, not just the one style of harm fs with perfect timing. note that explosion deals damage to people standing next to target too, not just the target itself.

from what i see right now, armor doesn't serve its purpose enough in pvp overall. they should at least have some use in fights other than duels. like i said this doesnt affect xuo pvp in anyway. its just a minor tweak that would add value to many aspects of inx as a whole. im not sure what would need to be done in terms of balance on how much mana it takes to cast these spells or damage but im sure staff can decide on that.

this is open for discussion, i hope to hear some comments from staff to

It has worked with Razor for years, but I don't think a lot of people knew about it.

-Razor now supports UOAssist "Translation" plugins like this one: http://uo.stratics.com/xena/UOATranslato...ator.shtml
--When using a translation plugin, it will not be enabled until you type "-setup-t" (without the quotes) in the game window. Once the plugin is enabled, it can be disabled by logging out or by using the "-disable-t" command. Once the plugin is disabled, you will need to type "-setup-t" to initialize the plugin again.
--Apparently the installer provided on stratics for this plugin is broken and does not properly set up the registry. You may need to manually add a string value named "TranslationLocation" with the full path to the Translator.dll under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Tugsoft\UOAssist\ThirdParty. Alternately, you can install the translator directly to your Razor directory.


**note**
For me, the language selection menu only pops up the first time you type the command. After that you have to restart razor/uo.

Ok well I'm actually sick and tired of waiting for stuff to happen.. to be honest in the last month ive only seen 3 gms Odium Muto And Tiesto. Ill get right to the point this is not about hosting or anything like that but it's pretty ridiculous how no one can get there pages read or anything it's just plain stupid. Odium has logged on a few times to answer pages but then he logged off i haven't seen him in about 2 week's.. The only 2 staff that I actually see that broadcast's ganks, makes tours not to mention answering pages are Tiesto and Muto. Honestly I know that the admins are working hard for the shard so I won't say anything about them but what the heck man.

There are only some much players can do for example gank hunt pve craft socialize etc but it's not all up to us to do everything.. for example less then half the staff even log on to the shard.. We need to get them active come on now.. This is just plain boring nothing to do.. I'm pretty sure about 80% of the players of the shard agree with me on this for some of the following reasons or another.. 1. No active staff to answer pages. 2. No active staff to broadcast things like ganks or rp events. 3. No active staff to make any tours. 4. No active staff for new players to page and ask questions about the shard. I really don't understand whats going on =/


As the title of the topic is stated I will be taking a break because I'm actually sick and tired of waiting 3-4 days to get my pages answered (by the way I paged to get some of my chars deleted because I want to make new chars to get the newbied mortar pestle, pen for scribe etc.) Also I get in very few few tours in my time zone because the only active staff's that we have at the moment are located in Spain and the Dominican. But I'm really grateful when I do get into there tours because they stay up late to host and help the shard. Also ever since the pits have been gone there has been activity at the bridge abit for about 30 mins but that's just not enough for me anymore it's just to boring..


I don't know when ill be coming back to the shard but ill check the website every 2 days or so to vote read the forums and check the playerbase. But as for now until the shard gets better I'm gone.

Don't forget to vote for the shard that will help bring more players to the shard..

Inheritance of God Poseidon

Sometimes I wonder that difference does of here a hundred years if me; increased myself turned warlike, I struggled in vary battles eliminating countless enemies, defending like this my ideals and with all this nothing won.

Even with that question disturbing my mind night after night, I don't get to stop with my battles, because when young I had a dream of being known as one of the largest warriors seen already, my people were formed by hunters of Dragons that he made to be known like the best warriors of our time and me in the course of time I became a great warrior and I am improving to each battle and near my companions conquered vary areas defeating countless armies. One day coming back from a long day in search of Dragons found a troop of murderous horsemen that struggled on behalf of Hades those horsemen got dressed as demons and they used red clothes, they had axes as weapons of combat body to body, were strong as monsters but without any intellect, it was a hard battle, but we got defeat them, but a little before finishing the battle a letter had arrived the telling us that the Goddess Hera planned to dominate our lands with an enormous army and some of their warriors already headed for our cities. Immediately we went back to the city and we gathered all the best warriors than we were able to and we organized a trip to the city of Hera, with the intention of finding for the road the warriors that had already left towards our city.

Loaded ships and warriors on board, now they leave for the battle of their lives, a battle where we will face warriors that we don't know as they are or how much strong they have, it will be a difficult battle is what know.

We formed an enormous one exercise with ten thousand men for that battle, but ours exercises is not as big as exercise of Hera, that for struggling in her own earth, it will count with larger amount of warriors.

We were sailing with countless ships that took food, water and warriors of ours army, a travel of many days to arrive to our objective, some of our men got sick and they died while other men tried to help in the way that they were able to the ones that were still alive. And when we arrived to the center of the Ocean came across with the warriors of Hera that was already traveling towards our city.

In the distance we heard a Shot, Goddess Hera warriors announced the begin of the war, when we approached alive that no rival warrior had died for diseases that he left us still more concerned, it was when we were the sure of the intercession of Hera.

Our people didn't adore any God, because it just believed in our own force and union, for that we didn't have protection of any God. Even without any divine protection our men didn't fear the war and they began the battle in the middle of the ocean, the Ships and cannons of our rivals were very strong, if compared to ours, and they began to attack with everything that they had and they didn't stop for anything, with that mine army went losing many men and ships, suddenly it appears of the anything an enormous whirl that begins to suck the ships of those protected by Hera for the bottom of the sea, it was Poseidon that there is a long time was wanting to please my people to become in their worshipers, but it didn't go enough to conquer our trust and we followed ourselves to the trip, concerned with Hera armys that had been in earth, getting ready to attack us.

While they got ready for war, our ships approached the city where were all our rivals, as soon as we arrived began to prepare our territory, and when we still got ready they began their attacks, their first warriors attacking was us Trols, great monsters that arrived with everything and in great amount, destroying everything that they saw for the front, they squeezed many of our companions, we needed to defeat them without having that you face them body to body, because the difference of force and size was very high, soon I began to think in a form of defeating them and I repaired that some Trols had whitewashed in the sea and they didn't get to leave and soon they would die drowned. It went at this time that I screamed for all warriors to enter in the boats and to return for sea, immediately the warriors entered in the water and as I imagined Trols entered also in the sea and consequently they died drowned.

After the attack of Trols, me and some of our warriors came out in search of areas where we could camp and to be more hidden, because our enemies already knew where we were and in our search we found a dark and covered swamp for fog, it was frightening and very cold, we solved then that that would be the place where we would camp, and we entered in the swamp to verify the place, suddenly it comes in our front an enormous flame that luckily it doesn't get right us, quickly we entered in defense formation and we began to seek what or who had in the wholesale and again other flame comes in our direction, at this time I took advantage of the sparkle of the fire and I sighted an immense Dragon that moved faster than the Dragons that had already seen, he was a Guardian Dragon, that kept the swamp with all his force and power and he would not let us exit of there alive unless we defeated it, then we strike up a battle against the Guardian, that it had a great advantage on us, his skin was all covered by an Oceanic Blue mud that it helped him to disappear among the thick fog could attack like this us of any place and to disappear quickly. We were cornered, without knowing where to go and nor what to do, we dispersed and we hid so that Dragon didn't reach us with only one attack, but the Dragon began to attack the warriors that were still the view, and some warriors seeing their companions being devoured and burned they didn't contain and they decided to face the Dragon face to face, it was when I had the opportunity to arise in the backs of the Dragon ties his head and I put him well my sword in the center of his skull, in the same hour the Dragon tumbled, when I got off his head he throwed a mud on my body, that began dispersing on me and at the same time in the mud went covering my body and the mud that covered the body of the Dragon disappeared also, I was being cursed by the Dragon and my body forever it would be covered by the blue Mud thrown by the Dragon.

Usually, Poseidon used the water and the earthquakes to exercise revenge, but it could also present a cooperative character.

With the help offered for for our by the God of Oceans our warriors were still more trustful, but we didn't have one bigger army as of Hera, it was then that Poseidon called all their sea warriors, that joined to us. Renewed ours army now was as big as the one of Hera and we left for the battle.

Arriving where the Warriors of Ivy were the Goddess appears in the sky saying that it would not kill us if our warriors surrender, but Poseidon also appears and says that they were them that would owe surrender, therefore it would not go back to the Ocean without his trident,Hera then fills with fury and it orders that all their warriors attack us, immediately they begin their attacks, and our warriors invaded the city and the battle begins the warriors that left in different directions were very distant of the place of the war and as they walked to foot would delay to arrive where it was happening the war, Poseidon assuming his position of God of our army makes to appear a horse for each one of our warriors, and quickly they arrive at the place of the war, those horses haul of very fast were also very strong and when the warriors fall of them or they went down they disappeared, with the warriors' of Poseidon help we were squeezing the warriors of Hera, because the Goddess without any war experience didn't know how to helping them.
