It has worked with Razor for years, but I don't think a lot of people knew about it.
-Razor now supports UOAssist "Translation" plugins like this one:
http://uo.stratics.com/xena/UOATranslator/UOATranslator.shtml
--When using a translation plugin, it will not be enabled until you type "
-setup-t" (without the quotes) in the game window. Once the plugin is enabled, it can be disabled by logging out or by using the "
-disable-t" command. Once the plugin is disabled, you will need to type "
-setup-t" to initialize the plugin again.
--Apparently the installer provided on stratics for this plugin is broken and does not properly set up the registry. You may need to manually add a string value named "TranslationLocation" with the full path to the Translator.dll under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Tugsoft\UOAssist\ThirdParty. Alternately, you can install the translator directly to your Razor directory.
**note**
For me, the language selection menu only pops up the first time you type the command. After that you have to restart razor/uo.
