the npc said 30 bottles man. you need to single click on the npc and select "talk", then the story/instruction will pop up.

Well dragons blood is easy to get and you only use a fraction of the daemonsteel ingots you would for a set on dragon scalemale and its only 5 ar less. Its an even balance I feel. Granted I like making things take some effort instead of things being easy and/or handed out :p
