It's very inconvenient and annoying to me that weap and shield are drops then you heal or cast...i can't understand how to do PVP here with it...

You just need to re-equip it afterward. It's so that you can't simulaneously hit with like, a halberd right after a flame-strike, etc. If you use Razor, you can make an Arm/Dress outfit, then make a hotkey to equip it int he Hotkeys tab.

Adjust the delay and viola! Your script does disarm and then arms anything you had before attempting to bandage self !!!111
