I offered him 100k and he says 200k!

dude you can't just expect people to give it back to you for free, i mean you gotta look at it in his view. you dropped it on accident (and would you even sell you're own crook for 200k?) It's your mistake and you're going to have to pay for it if you want it back =/ Don't know how you can judge people over your own mistake and call them anything less than what they really are.
