No clue about the speeds and such, but try them all. Chances are that the one on our server is the fastest if you live in Europe though.

ok so after i finish reinstalling before i put the other files in there patch it right?

Yes patch it first.
then make a backup of the files that you will replace
then replace the needed files you downloaded from the website.
A backup is very important, because you will not be able to patch uo sometimes without the original files.

just rename the files you are going to replace.
like I renamed hues.mul to hues_original.mul
same with the statics files and the login.cfg or how its called.

oh ok so just go into the program files rename the original files first then add the ones for xuO?

ok so when i try to patch it wont let me tells me i have no connection wich i do
