Maybe an area for newbies would be a good idea. It could check the gametime on all chars on the account and/or the skill base. Because I don't want veterans or pro PvPers to become even better.

Well let me rephrase... I don't want them to become even better by using a free practice duel arena Tongue
It should be meant for newbies that want to test/train PvP in that case.
