I personally got 3, 4 if you count one sent to my staff email account, so they are definitely being received. On top of that, I have received way too many IMs in the last few hours regarding the email and such.

I got 2 e-mails as well. But yeah, some players might not have gotten the e-mail but since we already sent them out one time I would think that most of the e-mails was received.
