If a thread is totaly off topic and dont have a chance to get back to the right direction it sure have to be locked and deleted the off topic posts, or at last delet the off topic posts and give a warning to who is puting it out of the right direction, so if he does it again ban for a period (a week?) from forums.

Small flames are normal but keep flaming for 3 pages is bullshit.
