Don't make silly accusations about things you know nothing about. If you see one member that has completed it that doesn't mean the whole guild has :/
In any case, I never give out names of players who receive quest related items from me or my quests so don't ask. This is because some people wish to not be bothered about the items and such and also because you really don't need that type of information.
They can tell you here if they found it or not, if they want, though :p

I found it 5 min after I get the quest on npc.
I prefer Alzheimer than Parkinson. Better forget to pay the beer than pour it all.

I have no idea how it happened but something is triggering the masks to reset to their default properties. If this happens just page and I will replace it.
