Best way would be to sit down and draw a new pvp combat with spells.
Remove power words and i mean all power words.
Add GFX animations, /stars/glitter instead and sounds etc
Since this is possible with runuo it could be fun

Agree about the spamming of power words, its just stupid.

The first line could work, but the 2nd line would screw up the purpose of the current power words though. People would just watch for certain sparkles instead of power words.

There's absolutely no legit reason why it shouldn't be added. The simple fact is that it was on sphere/IN1 and it was a part of the "deco" so it should be on here as promised.

In what possible way do you classify house banking as decco?
The legit reasons for not adding house banks is segregation and carebearness. Things should not be to easy, and having this enabled, you'd pretty much give red people a safe place to bank.
