Thank you!
I see a couple things wrong here:
- I doubt 40 people have written decent stories and should be considered for RP items.
- People shouldn't get 3 strikes. One warning is probably called for, but if they're just blatantly ignoring the rules (talking like "dude, are you going out tonight") i think thats a clear enough signal. Saying (ooc: blah blah) as a rare occasion is different.

people dont have to write rp stories, they can be apart of a guild who has written a "guild" rp story for all of them. thats why there r "40" people who he has to watch over as most of them r part of a guild rp

hum... :/ good point. Guilds aught to start implementing higher quality control, or should get warnings themselves for recruiting people who fail to rp, with the threat of losing their items.

People with RP items should only get 1 warning, after that they should loose their items.

I have a feeling that the reason some of us got our RP items a little sooner is because of our history with IN. A lot of us that has our RP items were RPING back on Imagine Nation 1. I also feel that is the very same reason vampire got their shrouds so soon. I myself was in Reaper with IN, Nalo was in a Mage guild who RP'ed his ass off, and Deimos was in Reaper towards the end, and we all RP'ed our asses off.
The fact is, is most of us got our RP items. RP Police was a good suggestion and the only thing I can think of is just making it more stricter for the next RP items. This is all a big learning thing and is really nothing to sit here and argue over and over thread after thread. I agree with a lot of what everyone is saying and I think that the GM's GET IT.
imho the whole idea of givin RP items to encourage ppl to rp is wrong.I think no one who rlly want to rp expect a reward for it..oh well..a material reward.
I agree with someone who said before Rp is not "hail thee" "mylord!!" etc etc..

I could see things like, Demon skulls 'cause they're supposed to be a demon. Orc masks, shit like that. I don't see hammers, pick axes, anything that can be removed or put in the bank.
Items that are to be worn should be worn no matter what, once you resurrect even. Axes, gloves, eh..I just don't see them being necessary unless it involves something to make your character look like another race.

Well, Now that Taran wants only 1 warning. That leaves 1 person out of 21 people on my list currently (Not including Daemon Guild) That has a warning.
Its interesting to see though, that most of the Rpers I stalk, go into town, and hardly talk, unless its party talk or trading. So unfortunately, its very difficult. I also can only moderate so many hours. The first few days I was a machine, I had the whole day off. But now that work came back. Its very difficult. I spend 80% Moderating, and 20% playing my mortal. That is why I said, the more help, the better. Another note is, 8 people on my list so far are either AFK 95% of the time, or are logged off 100% of my moderating period. I am trying hard.

I figured that it would come to this....Those of us that do RP are getting crucified by those that aren't RPing and are *****ing about not having items....NOICE!

That's just insane. Why don't have the players watch out for lack of RP? The staff should only stalk someone during the trial period (which is also questionable, but I don't want to discuss this now), after that if you feel bothered about someone not RPing while wearing a RP item you should post their name on the forums along with a proof (screenshot).
Really, it's simply not effective to have the counselors watch some dude macroing or buying stuff at the vendor. There is more to the staff than some dudes who babysit RPer's.

I think I'm one of those people he's referring to. I find if I need to be around a lot of people for any reason it's more RP to stay silent than to say anything at all.
