he invested a ton of time into the last nos and he had a fit when they shut down just as he finished macroing
not to mention a couple awesome chars on xuo shards
i really doubt he'll be up to macroing another char again

I doubt he'll "waste his time" macroing here tho, I have a feeling this shard won't be going down for a looong time. I actually never had that feeling about "OLD NOS", it had way too much corruption and hacking on it, plus the fact that it was running on sphere so there would always be some way to ruin it sooner or later. I don't know how many hours I spent deleting cheats - or banning corrupted GMs - but I'm sure it won't have to be that way here, so tell Stewy that and lets hope he returns, oh and tell him to get his kid Prophet back as well

WAY TO GO MAX!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS! There is nothing like the joy of bringing a child into the world, alhough it may seem an uncertain place at times. You will find that there is nothing else on earth that will bring you as much elation or pain of heart as your son. Being a parent is something that defines us as individuals and fully tests our mettle. once again congratulations.
Save me a cigar, i'll try to get down one of these weekends and have a few beers.

i couldnt help but laugh toward the end when syn started hosting on that horrible connection and what seemed like a laptop haha

Hearing that saddens me, Stewy's been my UO partner since the orginal NOS. Well don't delete his accouts, as they say - never say never.

I guess he likes the slow-ass-pvp that takes ages where everybody can heal out of anything and where waiting for the best hit for hours (if the guy you're fighting can heal) better then :]

In my eyes XUO PvP is just another level of NOS PvP, an "upgrade" to make it faster, funnier, and less boring. But I guess that if you don't take the time to get used to it, then I guess it could be a lil hard for new players or "old nos players" who doesn't want to practice again

I don't think that's the only reason why he isn't playing UO anymore tho. He didn't play during "OLD NOS" either, and that shard had the PvP that he knows and likes.
