I was a paladin on one of my chars a year or two back...lets just say it made me throw up. Then again, that was in the beta and they were immortal, but seriously it still blew. Worse than paladin PvP was actually paladin PvE.

Nop, it is directly liked to UO. The goal with the project is to get a lot of new knowledge that might be good for later, and to directly improve a lot of peoples UO experience. I'll even be doing it with my gank partner, so it is very much UO I do plan to play dark fall though.

Not really, but if we are lucky, we might get some people that work with RunUO to help us out:p I'll announce the project in due time, when I feel that we have made progress.

I have plans on coming back to UO, just not the way most people think:p I have no intentions of becoming a PvPer again, nor do I plan to be a "hired" owner/developer. I can just say that I def will remain in the picture, and hopefully give you guys a little extra to enjoy IN-X with, and maybe even other shards. I will most probably PvP cause I can't stay away, and most likely help out with code a little bit here and there for the same reason. Non of the things will be as "serious" as they were before though.

PS: In addition to Tarans post. There has been some MAJOR system rewrites done, a lot of updates and a huge amount of small fixes There is a lot of work going on behind the scene that the bug tracker just doesn't say. It doesn't really track man hours:/

if you know maka, and not 2 artists he's into, you'd know maka doesn't go back on his word. he said he is done with this project and will only lend a hand where needed. i'd hate to speak for him, but you shouldn't expect him back fulltime.

Fable, if you read Maka's post well. You see that he does say 2 different things.
He is talking about his upcomming project and says within this sentence he won't play. If you look further you see that he will play when the shard is up and running, he will only spend less time on playing then before.

Nox, you're right! I just find it a better moment to tell it in a pub, then at the gym (were i mostly see here). The point is that i don't see here that much in the pubs..
