Hehehehe, yeah most people makes mistakes sooner or later, it's just a matter of being good at staying alive, and knowing when to counter-attack a stupid mistake, that's how I played on my mortal
Below is an OBJECTIVE list of the best pvpers at XUO in my opinion. Based on how many fights they fought and how many of them that they won, how stable pvpers they were so to speak. Read below.
My top 3 from XUO @ RunUO would be something like this:
Makaveli - Very offensive and good pvper that killed most people fast and very rarely died. He kicked ass at XUOs PvP.
One of the Omegas - Pretty defensive fighting style, duels could take hours, but he knew how to stay alive and very very rarely died. If he joined a tourney I'd almost always see him as one of the top fighters, however almost every duel could take hours, but at least he did not die.
Juanin - Could kill almost everybody as well. His only flaw was that he got unpatient after a couple of hours and made a mistake. That's why he's on spot 3, Omega would wait for his mistake (even if it took hours), but then mostly kill him. And Makaveli usually killed him as well. But he beat everybody else almost all the time.
Those three were all pretty "stable pvpers" in my opinion, and that is pretty much what I look at when I'm making my list. They rarely died, and if they joined a tourney they were almost always in the finals unless they had to fight each other early on in the tourney.
There were however quite a few more good pvpers that could kick ass sometimes, but die real fast at other times, they made too many mistakes when they got "bored" but they knew how to kill people as well.
I'd like to make a list of some more pretty good pvpers I remember:
The other Omega - If it was a top 4 then he would probably be there if he had a better connection - he pinged real high towards XUO, but he was still great. He was also great at 2v2 with the other Omega.
Method / Avery / Shivan - He won quite a lot of tourneys and had his own special style which kicked the ass off most players.
Crowsi - Well my brother has always been good at 1v1, even tho he didn't join hardly any 1v1 tourneys over the years. He and Makaveli has a great 2v2 teamwork though, they rarely die and kick ass at that.
Nero - Also pretty good but unstable. Won a lot but died a lot as well.
Silverwolf - Was pretty good as well.
Masteron - he could kill most people, but he also ****ed up so much and died to newbied sometimes.
Tico - Was also pretty good at tourneys. He won a r/r weapon once, and he usually got pretty far in tourneys, however since he rarely one I would have a hard time putting him in the top 3, but he was good.
Mito - Good as well, however Tico and Mito were great at 2v2.
Bilbo - was real good before XUO switched to RunUO, however he never really got to the top after returning to XUO @ RunUO in my eyes.
Smeagol - Same deal as Bilbo.
AlbeR - Was pretty good @ RunXUO but didn't play the last XUO version.
Kragan was great during early XUO but not that great at the RunUO-version.
MegaDeath was great at Novus Opiate (the original), the best player there in my opinion, but he was never really that great at XUO when he tried it out though.
Scarecrow - Wasn't bad either, haven't seen him pvp much so I dunno really how good he was at that though.
Almost all the remaining pvpers at XUO did know how to PvP and did pretty well. I may have forgotten some huge names, but if I did then don't get mad - my memory sucks, you may still have owned. Just post a reply and I'll add u to the list :]
