This is actually very good news, seems everyone are having problems with the same nodes, this is great news in fact. If (when most likely) this gets fixed, the lag for you guys will drop a lot.

thanks for that maka, but do we have o send them an email so their aware of the problem? when you say "when it's fixed" do they know that the problem exists?

i would email them my tracert though i dont know who to send it to, please help me and joe out

My trace shows the exact same nodes where the ping rises, it rises because thats the jump from Australia to where ever the sever is which I highly doubt can be fixed.

The link between aus and the rest of the worl is pretty good... its just this link in particular sucks.

7-8 should be fixable, but you are right. 5-6 prolly wont get much faster.

if us aussies could get our pings down to around 250-280ms it should make it whole lot more playable that 330ms, i notice a big difference when i used to play on american servers with 250 ping.

since me and joe posted our tracert's up, maka can you do us a big favour and email them to the server host explaining our concern? i got no idea what to ask them, and i dont even know their email. since you have their contact is it possible for to help us out?
