I am going to the gym 4 times a week now.
To be in ultimate condition when the summer ends.
And football/soccer season starts.
Condition is nr. 1 atm
Muscles will be nr. 2
About fight sports.. I think Taek-Wando is awesome to do.
That's why i join lessons at gym like, Body Combat... It's a mix of: Karate, Tai Chi, Taek Wando, Kickboxing.
Plan is to join 3 lessons a week.. e.g. Spinning ( WHICH IS HOT )
btw.. I still have my racebike to.. Gonna ride on that when my condition start to get up.
But i love (on some way) football/soccer, the reason i NEED to play it again.
