I would have to have better internets first and Google Fiber is being blocked from coming to Austin because of stupid AT&T trying to have a big dick contest with them. They're saying Google can't use their poles to run cable or something; unless Google becomes a certified Telecommunications company, then AT&T has to let them by law.
The main thing is they know that their Internet customers are going to all disappear as soon as Google gets here, so they bought themselves another year of subscription fees.
Damn.. It always amazed me how you yanks who practically invented the internet can't get a decent connection speed for individuals(or natural persons...? Not sure how to spell it in english, but I mean the internet for non commercial needs, when the contract with ISP is signed by a person and not by organization).
I can barely remember any of my american mates(even tho I have plenty) having anything faster than 50mbit, or at least fiber at home.
Even here 155/155mbit up/down costs around 15$ monthly, and available in most of the towns... Odd xd
