I think if this is implemented since, I presume, they would be such cool pieces of clothes that you should need gm tailoring and even then not a very high chance to make or something

If this is implemented, I think only 'how awesome it looks' will affect on the chance and minimum skill level, but we're talking about the skill level of implemeting this into the game, which remains low for now. Of course, I think they all must be craftable, except a couple of those GM Robes
