Its two points below unexceptional oceanic and if your talking exceptional (which you are) then talk exceptional plate too. The comparison would be fire plate. So really the best exceptional leather has a 50AR which is the same as exceptional fire plate that has 50AR.
And btw thats Exceptional Barbed leather 50AR for 20k ON SALE at the Bandits vendor next to Brit Butcher!! This sale wont last forever!!!! (selling all exceptional plates as well!) Big Grin
