Yeah I just downloaded the 2009 56b prerelease.

Extracted to C:\Sphere, configured the .ini file to point to UO properly and made the correct config files (sphereacct, etc, it's all in the wiki) then set compatibility to win xp sp3 and it worked fine.

Running on win7 64 bit.
