Let me explain something to you guys. You should feel LUCKY that poisons last for multiple hits. Where I come from, poisons of all types must be re-applied after EVERY hit. Then again, a poison hit breaks reflect on that server.
Poison potions are so far from worthless. Let's start with deadly. It lasts for about 10 hits. That's a lot... Deadly ticks for ~10 hp. You get deadly on someone if they don't have a chance to cure it they can theoretically take 100 DOT. That wins duels.
Greater poison ticks for a little bit less damage, but it SEEMS to last much longer on the weapon. You can't fail these at gm alch...

Lesser poison seems to last a very, very long time on the weapon. It also still does enough DOT to win a duel....
If poisons were buffed at all they would be overpowered in my opinion.
