I keep suggesting the Casino. It's big and open, there's games, a portal to the arcade, an entrance for reds and blues, and there are duel stones close by.

Yea that'd be a good place, and it connects to unguarded and guarded areas easily.
I meant to actually reply about this thread lol, I don't think all chat in the simple global chat system is a good idea. I've been on servers that had that and all it was was a big flame war. HOWEVER I'm sure if it was scripted with the proper restrictions as well as moderated generally, it would be fine. For example, restricted people to only say something in all chat every 30 seconds seems appropriate
