I even think 2 new staff members should be hired. No offence, but there are like 5 staff members that I haven't seen on ONCE in the 1+ month I've been playing here, and I'm on like 5 hrs a day lol...

Ofcourse you cant have 100% sure about who you hiring and eliminating the risk, but you can reduce it considerable by hiring an old player you know, who have a good background.

Hiring anyone have a high risk in hiring a corrupt staff, and a corrupt staff do worse for the server than having no staff at all.
I prefer Alzheimer than Parkinson. Better forget to pay the beer than pour it all.
