The point I'm getting at Ryuuku is that to some people their house location is important, so if they leave for x days or for x months their house spot might be taken by someone when their house decays AND they have to redesign their whole house which takes lots of time. People who bought a static house don't have to spend that time designing or finding a new spot to place their house...
You say that like it takes 5 minutes to make one million gold back! I don't know about you but I don't have X millions of gold sitting in my bank waiting for me to repay for a house I already worked so hard to earn the money to make. PLUS all the stuff I use to make money like wood, iron, potions, scrolls, etc is in my house which might all decay along with the house so I'd almost be starting from scratch with the little bit I have in my bank. And don't tell me it's my fault for not having much in my bank, I have a house with everything locked down and the reason to have a house is to store and display stuff!! Not to have it disappear on you.
