Also we have another difficulty and that is you got an 'advantage' cause you could macro when others where not able to. My reply will most likely be "im sorry technique, but we can not give you your skills back. And since we state that we are still in Beta these are sadly some of the consequenses. Im sure we would have discussed to raise your skills if we would have been out of beta state. But you should know that i do believe you (could be because you also keept me updated over messanger) But i do not think it would be fair and how annoying/stupid it might sound in your eyes could raising your skills harm both you and the shard. As plenty of people would call an action like this for corruption, (heck even i would do it if i did dislike you or if i also would have been macroing but did not get my skills set back). The best way to solve this would be to give ALL players who where online their skills/items back, but we cant only compensate you as then others need their stuff back aswell.
It would take simply way to much time than i am willing or able to put down in order to confirm yours and everyone elses requests.

Im sorry about your current situation, but we can not alter the skillgain because you have a bad ISP.
Also regarding complaints to your ISP, if you pay for a 24/7 service you have the right to complain or get a discount on the bill if you do not get the service you are paying for. I would make a smart 'buissness case' tell them that, i really need to have access to internet running non stop as i am running a webportal (or w/e) and everytime i get troubles because of _your_ service it costs me both time and customers make a script that you could have infront of you while calling. And if they dont take off xx amount of your bill you will have to switch to another ISP and also even maybe try to get back the some or all of the money you have payed to them so far or for the past year. Im sure they do not want to loose customers and would reduce the bill or even give you a free month. Its atleast worth a shot.[/COLOR]
