I doubt it's about that. I think that Taran just wants to make this shard look good, pure, whatever, in front of new players coming to it. I think everybody (or most of us) is raised with free speech, europe is not very much different than america when it comes to that. Sure ppl may act proper at WORK and stuff, but when they talk to friends or play a game I'm pretty sure most of us are pretty free in the speech ^^ Oh well!
