Yea, honestly, I don't want to see an all-out nerf fest. It seems every time there is a way to do something easier than something else, even if by a little bit, it gets uber nerfed back to the point where it's useless. I know that things that have been reduced in value are being balanced back, but it's still a shame to see something get poofed altogether.

What should happen is, the durability of Xtreme gear should be slightly (not 50%) less than GM crafted items. Over time, it should decay from battle and not be repaired to it's original splendor (I'm sure this is already in place? Big Grin).

But, for a small fee, I'll be willing (as a GM smith) to do my best to get your Xtreme gear back to it's best brilliance! (Hey cmon, I gotta get a plug in somewhere Wink).
