There's no problem with this guys Smile. MT Kendall is a very tricky place, it is only partly guarded. If I were to stand in the little non-guarded area and FS kills you, even if you called guards i would not supper a guard wack because I am FSing you from an unguarded area. [assuming im red]

There are problems with the guards, i agree with that, but there is no problem with them in the instance you present.
