I have noticed this bug as well, it renders hit-and-run tactics useless, since -if- the mob has started it's hit animation, no matter how far you are you get damaged WHEN the animation finishes. That means even a dead enemy can damage you a second -after- it died, experienced it quite a few times. First I attributed it to my low tactics skill, but now it seems that's how the system works at the moment.
