I'm almost certain that Probe removed the ability to make full mana potions about the same time as he had to put up NOS II due to too many players. However, I think he gave a warning about it and people just made thousands of them and they were still being used when he closed NOS and NOS II.

I remember using them all the time while NOS II was up, and all the time after NOS I and NOS II merged into one shard. I remember PvPing with my friend at NOS II and the only reason we used small manas at that point was because he didn't have enough alchemy, so I had a friend make me full mana pots back then until I gmed my alchemy. I am very doubtful that full manas ever was removed from *****, but due to the fact that it was loads of years ago I could be wrong, who knows, but I doubt I am
