because i think people can manage in 1 weeks time to find a copy of uo, read the latest stuff on the forums if they're interested, and patch uo.

the 1 week will also give them a chance to post issues they're having, or to get a 3rd party program.

really, you only need 3 or 4 hours if everything goes smoothly.

why aren't we doing it now? because we aren't sure when we will infact open. it could be 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks... we want to be sure we're good to go when we email people.
