Injection is a hot key/macro tool that would be best described as a mix of UOA and EUO. It has about the same scripting capabilities as EUO and the same hot key and in game utilities as UOA. The injection scripting language is variety of the basic programming language(press here) and any macro/hot key you want to make has to be scripted.
In harmful matters I'd say that the official release of injection is about as dangerous as Razor, if not less, but it was used by a lot of people to cause harm on sphere shards. The main reason was that Injection was open source, and people used it to add malicious features. This is not possible on RunUO and was mainly spheres fault that they had these bugs exposed:p
