Confirmed. Tongue It performs the animation, but does no damage and consumes no mana. It does consume reagents though and does aggro whatever you cast it on.

Fixed for next restart, noticed it a few days ago, I deleted the line where it actually applies the damage, oops Tongue

I'm sorry but I still use mind blast and it still doesn't do any damage or do the animation.. Sad is it really fixed?
