Statice house placed inside Dung ?
#13

Eru Wrote:It's not favoritism, it was according to the rules at the time. Later it was decided not to sell them inside the dungeon, so we stopped. We're not going to go in and delete someone's house though.

There are plenty of 'cool' places to buy statics already and we may even make exceptions depending on the location in the dungeon and whether or not it's RP related.

Calm down and enjoy the game. There's no point in complaining to us to go ruin someone else's game so you'd feel better about it.

No matter which way you put it, it is favortism even if it was before the rule. There the only guild that has a house in a dungeon and RP here isn't even watched strictly as i've mentioned it so many times. Eclipse even said it him self "I have a character hue dye and I don't even RP i swear and cuss and nothing is ever done." RP is just another exuse to hide behind something IMO, I'm not saying everyone who RP's is lying there way into getting items because some people enjoy it. I'm just saying that it is another one of those lame exuses to get some people what they want for doing nothing.

Maybe I should create a story...

There is a good story on Halt's jail comics you can be a part of.

I checked the one in question and it doesn't have guild doors.

OK, it's favoritism then. Should have joined sooner.

If they're dragonkin, wouldn't it be against their roleplay to attack dragons anyway? Just mentioning, I'm not aware of their roleplay ideals.

Not sure what the problem is, Prototype have a great static in a great PvP location (the thing they care about). So what if a guild (or apparently two) have in-dungeon statics from before we stopped doing that? We've already established that they get little or no benefit from it and if they did we would change the spawns.

Favouritism indicates it is something we did specifically for a person or collective of people to whom we bestow favour, this is not the case, it's simply a group of people who were given something (a static) under the normal rules of the server, then at a later date those rules changed and we decided it would be lame to retroactively remove people's stuff where there is little reason to do so.

Favouritism indicates we favour certain players and that is completely wrong, I would say it is obviously wrong and I don't really understand the mouth-foaming desire to believe otherwise. Not a single GM is a member of Dragon-Kin and I think I only even know the name of one of their members, who to the best of my knowledge isn't even friends with a single member of staff. I'm sure he's a great guy but to say we favour some totally random psuedo-stranger for absolutely no obvious reason and of all the random things to show our favour we give him a border-line useless static inside a dungeon is kinda crazy.

Favoritism

Grandfather clause[/URL]

It would be favoritism if both Prototype and Dragonkin wanted their guildhouse in the dungeon and we said no to Prototype and Yes to Dragonkin.

Daemon can track the fire zos spawn from their hq. Is this not an advantage?

First I've heard of it, but I will have to move the spawn then.
