I might be willing to contribute a house to this area that could either be used as a shopping center or a training area.

I'd love to see the whole town have a common theme so that people know they are in the town and not a random group of 3-4 players that put houses together. Like all stone houses, or all sandstone houses, etc.

I think it should reflect the area the town is. If it ends up in the middle of a clearing in the woods, yea log cabins. If it's surrounded by mountains or on ice island that seems like it would be stone, somewhere sandy should be sandstone, etc. Let's try and really make it fit in.
