Thats correct I did. The first static purchased in town that was private was the love casino in jhelom, formerly jhelom library, Lederoil and myself put in the bid. Although it is only partially private, anyone can enter, but only key holders can get behind the bar. It was intended to be a rp'er hangout/bar but at the time there was only like 10 active players so that idea flopped due to lack of players/interest. May be reviving it soon if theres demand
The second in town private static bought was Nujel'm Inn by QiQi.
The third was Inochi guildhouse which is the trinsic meeting hall. And no we cant bank from inside lol. Like sam said, we're order/chaos so any other order/chaos guildmembers can attack us at any time in guard zone town.
Also, if Vulcan was the GM in charge of selling statics, he should have mentioned something before now, its his job after all. Actually, come to think of it, hasn't he been gone for like 6 months? HMMMM
Anyway, Odium, you cant tell people they cannot buy private statics in guard zones now that several players from several guilds have them. The staff is left with two options, kick us out of our statics or change the rules officially and allow them.
Anything else would be favortism and I certainly dont want to see that.
I guess a 3rd option would be to allow them for order/chaos guildhouses only. Daemon and Inochi are both order/chaos.
Edit: One last thing,

Aparently, by Vulcans own words there, the rule was not set in stone. It seems from what he said there that it is at the discretion of the GM selling the static whether or not he/she would sell a guard zone house. Vulcan may not have been willing to do it for the trinsic place, but he was for the abbey and didnt seem opposed to nujel'm palace either. A different GM may have been against allowing the abbey but ok with trinsic. Just something to think about.
EDIT: Yeah its like 5 days later and I'm editing lol. Anyway there is one other option I totally forgot. Make trinsic and nujel'm unguarded. Or partially unguarded.
