I'm from Sweden as well and ping about 30 to INX. But we can't be so selfish. 130 ping is really good for a server in the US, and remember that some people have about 300 ping right now. I'd rather ping 130 myself when the max ping for someone is 160-200, instead of pinging 30 and having some people ping 300.

TO clarify:
My ping to inx.xs4all.nl is 118ms.
My ping to 64.34.160.92 is 45 ms.

East Coast US: Herndon, Virginia

- most of the time ping varies between 120 and 150 (suprisingly good for overseas server)
West Coast US: Los Angeles, California
72.51.32.76
- ping is between 200 and 220
Central US: San Antonio, Texas
66.139.72.6
- ping from 170 to 210
in.xs4all.nl
- ping from 35 to 50
The results are obvious, because i'm form Europe.
Moving server overseas definetly means a significant increase in response time, hope that not to unbeareable levels...
Some Europe based servers should also be tested, instead of declaring that relocating server to US is panacea against high ping.

and to 64.34.160.92 is 155ms

I ping 64.34.160.92 with an average of 38.
I ping inx.xs4all.nl with an average of 140.

Average ping: 342ms
My location: Woodbridge, VA - about 20 miles from the Herndon server.
Also people talking about Euros quitting for having 100 or more ping, maybe we should look at some German servers as well sicne that is kinda in the middle of us all. If I could get guarenteed 150ms ping or less I would donate $100 or so to this cause.

So, where are the Aussies and everyone with high ping?
If we don't have more than a few high pingers I don't see a reason why we should move the server.
