Well ive only played sphere in my 8 years of uo and the things i just meantioned have been on all of the servers ive played on. But ye its fine by me not to implement them just wanted to say i was for the EB/plate thingy.

Guys why do you keep saying that EB needs to be upped. Why only EB? Spells in general? Does EB have some type of monopoly over the other spells? It's spells in general and the damage they deal to a naked dude.

And Slaquer, as far as it goes with Lindenwood/Tabion, they always disagree and NEVER know what their talking about. They always have something different to say as if they know more than EVERYONE when in fact they know nothing.

PS: Can we have input from an admin or something saying what they think and if it'll be implemented. I mean we make threads that go over 10 pages which could easily be stopped and we can go on about a different topic. I dont like discussing for 3 weeks on a topic i think the topic gets overkilled and people say the same shit....

You want our input and I think that we need to get response a bit quicker so we can stop talking about the same topic for weeks.

1) I DEFINATELY don't hate anyone just from being from XUO.

2) Of course I am partial to what I want, which mostly would replicate IN playstyle. It wouldn't make sense if somebody would defend or oppose something without being biased for or against it.

3) I only argue things that I can back up, which is why you haven't seen me post as much since it became apparent that the basis of this shard is different than what was originally implied.

4) My posts contribute to much of the harsh debates that have gone on this thread, but I can show you in EVERY such thread the posts that contributed equally to it. I have never been the type to come into a debate offensively, but I can definately get defensive quickly, especially when the points argued cannot be backed by anything other than personal opinion.

Randomly stating that both me and Tabion (who has shown far more reserve than I, while even I have still shown more reserve than most Ive debated with) don't know anything and just like to be *******s, just because we don't agree can definately NOT be backed.


Lastly, this thread has now turned to shit BECAUSE of Silverwolf's post, so don't blame this one on me. And nobody try to say that I simply could have ignored it, as that would show extreme bias toward silverwolf: He can lie and insult all he wants, but if his target tries to defend himself, HE is in the wrong?

And Duke, we can say the same thing about the other side. You guys see a bunch of ****y players who are full of themselves that instantly slam down on any argument that is against their own opinion*. However, that is no less true than us saying we see a bunch of people who selfishly whine and complain every time they have to face just a LITTLE more difficulty, with no better argument to back it than personal opinions of the way it should be.

However, at the very least, Tabion and I almost never strongly argue a point driven ONLY by our personal opinions, which is what we see alot. If we do post a point backed by personal preferences alone, it is never harsh or insulting, again something we see alot of in return.

I didn't really read all your post, I would usually but can't atm, but from what I see you guys are like these hardcore UO players, like you want everything to take a year and a day to complete, I agree things shouldn't be too easy, but they shouldn't be insanely hard to where it is absolutely no fun to even play. Also about Silverwolf, I tend to be very biased towards his views but that was cause the whole tree thingie, but I just noticed last night that lots of your posts are like warring other posts and stuff, this thread is not even really valid anymore, Maka already said he was going to implement the Energy Bolt thingie. Anyway, like I said I didn't read all of your post, so if anything is wrong or misread or misinterperted, oh well.

Also, I have never actually run into any of you guys, I just see you on tracking in SH [in Daemon HQ] and you guys are still working on your skills, not saying anything but maybe you guys need to play a bit more to see what some other people are talking about. Leave pvp, the way it was on xuo, just like you left the pvm the same as IN.. thats what i say, it was supposed to be a shard with Xuo pvp, if u raise damage of ebolt, that will screw everything up in my opinion... kind of retarded idea... why change it? so dumb omg

Dude steven you dont even know how XUO PVP was. You just know the later developments of XUO PVP.

ORIGINAL XUO pvp was using armor all the time. There was hardly any cats naked running around, there was always something to loot whether its armor or weapons. The recent XUO's, when it came to the armor aspect only, was weak. Because no one used armors and Blacksmiths where useless... Think of IRL Economy. People need to buy things from other people to "have people to produce them".

If you dont produce armor, then the labour put into armor and all the blacksmiths are completely useless. I'm down with being a PVP'er, I'm all for it. But economy is more important then you being a PVE'er/PVM'er/PK'er. Economy runs the flow of money in the server. If theres no good cash flow in the system then the systems currupt and nothing has value. Now as a PK'er or a seller, what good is it selling/taking something of no value?

When too many things have no value, theres no reason for having them, and then then the economy goes haywire and the servers count goes down because of lack of "jobs available". Soon you'll see only pkers running around with no system on items.

Thats why it's important to increase the spells to naked people, it would benefit the server and is PART OF XUO PVP. The oldschool XUO...

hope this changed the minds of people still agruing it. I dont see how its difficult to see this. Get some armor and theres no problem, it's changing nothing, just making it more realistic and appealing to everyone else specially the servers economy.
