No, I'm not on vista, im still on XP so that's not it...and actually I should have been patient and just posted after i re-downloaded everything because after I finished I was able to log into any of the UOGamers shards I dunno if this means the problem is fixed with IN though, we'll see I guess.

If I do run into more problems ill definitely have a look at RUO forums...in the meantime, like i said earlier, does anyone have a good shard up that's not a default on Razor that I can test razor out on?

By the way Maka if you don't use Razor or Gateway then that do you use, ConnectUO?

Injection I like scripting my own macros, never been a big fan of that record thing.

Is that was "Injection" is? Using an "unknown (?) program to aid in playing the game? I always thought it was some "hacking" utility like "Gear." Or is Gear even really a bad program?

I just remember the days when "Gear" became the new big problem that players faced from eachother, and that it later seemed to turn into "Injection."

injection is just like UOA but more features. let maka explain it to ya because i dont know much

Injection is a hot key/macro tool that would be best described as a mix of UOA and EUO. It has about the same scripting capabilities as EUO and the same hot key and in game utilities as UOA. The injection scripting language is variety of the basic programming language(press here) and any macro/hot key you want to make has to be scripted.

In harmful matters I'd say that the official release of injection is about as dangerous as Razor, if not less, but it was used by a lot of people to cause harm on sphere shards. The main reason was that Injection was open source, and people used it to add malicious features. This is not possible on RunUO and was mainly spheres fault that they had these bugs exposed:p

Well I can't be positive yet obviously, but I think that I fixed my problem. All I did was reinstall UO, and then [ironically] I did NOT patch the game at all...
I then reinstalled Razor and Gateway. Razor works fine for almost all of the top servers listed on Gateway, but Gateway itself has the same problems with the same errors. Soo hopefully IN will work just the same.
Just as everyone else, I can't wait til it opens
