Reactive is not implemented nor will it be. It was ugly *sticks tongue out at shade*
The ingot that was given out for the quest I did a long time ago was simply an item for decoration. It couldn't be used to craft anything.
All those weapons on the list you gave Prox will be craftable except for Heaven's Fury.
