I've regularly taken 20+ mins for a crap. Do the crossword, look at the funnies, maybe even read the 3rd page story ( I read the Sun it's usually a pair of 19 y/o tits.) Taking 20 mins to relieve yourself is a rare occasion in thses stressed times. Perhaps you have a colon blockage. Or an ulcer. I personally like to have a nice long clearout shite, 2 mins for the runny stuff then a good 15 mins for the haystacks.. Make sure all the bombs have been dropped and you go back to base with a nice clean bay. Maybe this should be a vote?
