Before the AoS menu's went in, I could take 200 igs to a gm smith and most of the time come away with an exceptional set. Now theres absolutely no chance, might not even get a full suit with just a little bad luck, nevermind exceptional. Really needs tweaked

I have increased the chance of crafting plate and the overall chance of crafting exceptional items.
For a plate chest the new success chance is 86,21% and exceptional chance for that 46,03%
We are going to drastically lower the AR on exceptional crafted shields before these changes apply. But it should be finished until this Sunday, me and Malik are working on it atm.

And I dont care with the shields, Most people no use it anyway, even for pvp or pvm.
