He already got his second chanse...
First he steals Alper Tungas character. Gets an other chance, he admits he's been multiaccounting and gets banned. After a little while he steals my ex-guildmates account, gets banned again. Now he's unbanned and he gets his account back. It would be really intresting to hear what the responsibles of this has to say.
